NLP is based around a deep understanding of human behaviour and psychology. It is used by many top politicians, sportsmen and business leaders.

It was developed in the 1970’s by Richard Bandler and John Grindler who studied the top communicators of the time to identify what made them successful. They developed a model of excellence that offers a wide variety of powerful tools and techniques to help people unlock their unique skills, talents and motivations.
